Best male singer EVER. To me, the world couldn't deliver anyone else of Jim's caliber. He would have turned 90 this year (5 years older than my dad) and I honor him so much for his beautiful voice. Thanks Mike! This site is wonderful.

I have been an ardent fan of Gentleman Jim Reeves for long years. I was so lucky to get the opportunity of visiting Jim Reeves Memorial in April 2011 with my husband Upali and my brother Chamath Abeysinghe (both are Jim Reeves fans too) and it was indeed a very touching moment. I always listen to Jim and I have got a big collection of his articles, photos, etc etc and I am so proud to say that I have with me, a few letters which I have received from Mrs. Mary Reeves. They are my treasures.

Hi Mike, and a quick hello and big thanks for the awesome image of Jim and Mary as they greet us all from their beautiful home at Christmas time. And the snowflakes really set it off. The weather is not so frightful in Fort Worth. We are putting up our lights in tank tops and flip flops. Merry Christmas to all the great JR fans who visit your sight. Keep up the good work!

This is a magnificent site to remember the great Jim Reeves. I just finished reading Larry Jordan's wonderful and amazing bio on Jim Reeves for the second time. More than 48 years after he perished in a plane crash, his unique and awesome rich voice brings joy, and comfort to untold millions. After reading the bio my appreciation of his music and the man just doubled. I came to know this great man and his music in Sri Lanka in the mid '60's, where I was growing up as a teen, and where he was so famously popular. Thank you for taking the time to post these weekly songs and those wonderful pictures that no doubt keeps his memory alive.
